Terms of Service
Last updated: April 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MyVisitAgenda (“the Service”), a product of MediSimplify, Inc. you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MyVisitAgenda is a personal productivity tool that helps you prepare for medical appointments. It uses voice recognition and AI to help you organize your health concerns into a structured agenda you can bring to your doctor. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Not Medical Advice
MyVisitAgenda is not a medical service. The content generated by the Service — including organized concern lists, agendas, and any AI-suggested phrasing — is for organizational and communication purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. We do not guarantee that using the Service will improve health outcomes, communication effectiveness, or clinical decisions.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. Do not delay seeking medical care based on information from this Service.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
5. Your Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the Service’s source code or infrastructure.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the Service.
- Use the Service in a way that is fraudulent, harmful, or intended to mislead others.
- Use the Service to process information about individuals without their consent.
You are responsible for how you use the information generated by the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content created by MediSimplify, is owned by MediSimplify and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The agenda and notes you create using the Service are yours.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediSimplify and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service — including any health decisions made in reliance on content generated by the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the greater of $10 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MediSimplify from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, transcription, and AI processing. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of these services.
11. Changes to the Service or Terms
We reserve the right to modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when Terms change. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or are using the Service in a way that could harm MediSimplify, Inc. or others. You acknowledge that you do not rely on the Service as a substitute for professional medical judgment, and that termination of access does not affect your ability to seek appropriate medical care.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
